"Order to shoot": The AFU intercepted radio communications where an occupier orders to kill a civilian in Kupyansk

The audio recording has been published on the corps’ Facebook page.

"Radio interception. Kupyansk. The recording features a Russian soldier giving an order to shoot an unarmed civilian. Without trial, without reason, without a shred of humanity. Simply because he can," stated the Land Forces.

"This is not an accident — this is their strategy of terror. They do not come to ’liberate’ — they come to kill, torture, and intimidate. Their war is not against the army but against the civilian population," the Land Forces stated.

They emphasized that such orders are not just violations of the Geneva Conventions, they are outright war crimes.
