Vinnytsia region topped the list of regions most affected by the overnight attack on the energy system
The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine has provided data on the regions most affected by power outages due to a massive overnight attack targeting the country’s energy infrastructure on October 30.
According to Minenergo data, the most challenging situation with electricity supply has developed in Vinnytsia region.
