"Dragged on the ground": In Kovel, TRC workers forcibly pushed a man into a minibus

In the city of Kovel, Volyn region, an incident occurred that caused a stir on social media: a video emerged showing, presumably, three employees of the TRC and SS using force to detain a man.

In the circulated footage, it can be seen how the military personnel are trying to force the man into a minibus ("busyk").

 The man resisted, and according to eyewitnesses, he was dragged on the ground toward the vehicle.
