The bank "Concord" will be headed by the former head of the bankrupt bank "Contract"

The supervisory board of Concord Bank has appointed Alla Komisarenko as the chairperson of the bank’s management board, the bank reported in the disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission. 

Komisarenko was the head of Contract Bank from 2010 to 2014. 

Until now, the acting chairperson of the management board of Concord Bank was the deputy chairperson of the management board, Mykhaylo Savchenko. 

Concord Bank was registered in 2006. 

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, as of October 1, 2015, Concord Bank ranked 103rd in terms of total assets (UAH 339.714 million) among the 123 banks operating in the country. 

According to the NBU, as of June 22, 2015, the largest shareholders of Concord Bank were Olena Sosyedka-Mishalova (58.0381% of shares) and Yuliya Sosyedka (41.9355%).
