In Kharkiv region, there are plans to privatize the lands of the national park "Homilsha Woods"

The head of the Zmiiv district state administration of Kharkiv region, Vitaliy Koshelenko, allowed his friends and acquaintances to develop a project for allocating protected lands of the National Nature Park "Homilsha Woods."

This was reported by MP Yevheniy Murayev in his blog on the "Korrespondent" website.

The relevant orders were published on the Zmiiv district state administration’s website. In December 2015, Vitaliy Koshelenko allowed some citizens to develop land management projects for the transfer of recreational lands for individual cottage construction.

Permits for the development of technical documentation for the allocation of plots in the birch grove were obtained by the Mezherytski family - relatives of Koshelenko’s wife (four people); the Nemchenko family, friends of the head of the administration (three people); the Kaltakhchyan family, cleaners in the Koshelenko household (two people); the Nazarenko family, relatives of the head of the DSA’s mother-in-law (two people) and the mother-in-law herself with her new husband; citizen Tovstokora - the wife of Koshelenko’s friend; People’s Deputy from the "People’s Front" Iryna Yefremova and even the school teacher of the district head, wrote the MP.
