Kyiv’s "overseer" Denys Komarnytskyi and MP Tyshchenko are engaged in sand theft

"The overseer of Kyiv" Denys Komarnytskyi and Kyiv mayoral candidate, MP Mykola Tyshchenko, attempted to bribe voters with sand stolen from the site of OJSC "Mostobud".

This was stated by Kyiv City Council member from VO "Svoboda" Ihor Miroshnychenko on his Facebook page.

"Once upon a time, Chernovetskyi took the Kyiv mayor’s seat by feeding local pensioners with food parcels. One of the inventors of this political technology for Lyonya Kosmos was Denys Komarnytskyi. Kosmos, having stolen astronomical sums from Kyiv residents, fled to Israel, but his ’political technologists-decision makers’ remained and strive for power again. This time, Komarnytskyi is pushing Mykola Tyshchenko for the mayor’s seat. However, according to the ’Velur’ restaurant’s prices, parcels for grandmothers are expensive, so they decided to buy voters with sand," Miroshnychenko wrote. The Svoboda member noted that Komarnytskyi and Tyshchenko most likely stole the sand.

"Sand is free for them because it is most likely stolen from the site of OJSC ’Mostobud’ at Promyslova Street, 4. I remind you that a year and a half ago, the Kyiv City Council terminated the lease agreement for a land plot of over 17 hectares, where the sand mafia stored stolen sand. However, the sand continues to be dredged from the Dnipro and taken right from under the nose of the local community. And this illegal site has been taken under control by the aforementioned Komarnytskyi and Tyshchenko," Miroshnychenko concluded. 

Earlier, Ihor Miroshnychenko addressed the mayor of the capital, Vitaliy Klychko, demanding to "stop the corrupt scheme of the ’overseer’ of Kyiv, Denys Komarnytskyi, and MP Mykola Tyshchenko".
