The criminal case on suspicion of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych regarding Crimea should also involve former Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council Oleksandr Turchynov, leader of "Batkivshchyna" Yulia Tymoshenko and a number of other persons who took part in the meeting of the National Security and Defence Council on February 28, 2014. This was stated by V. Yanukovych’s lawyer Vitaliy Serdyuk.

"The case could be very interesting, because the Prosecutor General’s Office de facto recognized the illegality of Yanukovych’s removal from the presidential office as of March 1, 2014. That is, it actually recognized Yanukovych as the legitimate president, acting on March 1, 2014," he said.

According to the defense attorney, the persons who took part in the meeting of the National Security and Defence Council on February 28, 2014 should be involved in this case. He recalled that this decision of the National Security and Defence Council fully confirms the fact that the people who headed Ukraine at that time did not take any actions aimed at resolving the situation in Crimea.

"All the people who participated in the National Security and Defence Council should, in my opinion, be involved in this criminal case on an equal basis with my client. These are Turchynov, Yatsenyuk, Tymoshenko, Kubiv and a number of other participants in the meeting at which decisions were made on Crimea, or rather at which they were not made. In fact, those people who were supposed to ensure that interests were observed within the framework of these processes, officially did not support the adoption of any decisions on Crimea by this decision during the discussion," V. Serdyuk noted.

The lawyer noted that this was stated by the GPU investigator. "We are preparing an official statement on this matter," he added. That is, the lawyer specified, V. Yanukovych’s defense will petition the GPU to attach both the transcript of the NSDC meeting to the case materials, which was recently declassified, and a petition to involve all these individuals in the corresponding criminal case.

1.15 billion US dollars belonged to the wrong Yanukovych, - lawyer

The information that was disseminated about the material resources of the former leader of Ukraine in huge quantities was unreliable in advance. At the same time, the human rights activist explained his words by the fact that it had already been documented and made public that the ex-guarantor of the Constitution has only 31 million hryvnia and about 84 thousand US dollars in the accounts of the state bank of Ukraine as personal funds.

At the same time, the lawyer emphasized that the head of the board of "Oschadbank" Andriy Pyshnyi actually refused the data that was previously disseminated. We are talking about "false facts that there are more than 1.15 billion US dollars in accounts at Sberbank."

According to Serdyuk, the information previously disseminated by Oschadbank and its board chairman Pyshnyi was merely an evaluative judgment based on data from "publicly available sources" and did not concern Viktor Yanukovych in any way. At the same time, Serdyuk noted: "Pyshnyi himself admitted that he was uttering unverified information regarding these funds. In addition, the head of Oschadbank, understanding all the possible consequences of such statements, began to say that it was not the Yanukovych he was talking about."

Vitaliy Serdyuk: Ukraine is preparing to assassinate Yanukovych

According to Vitaliy Serdyuk, the lawyer for fugitive former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, the murder of his client is being prepared by representatives of the current Ukrainian government and other interested parties.

The defence of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has information about preparations for his murder if he crosses the Ukrainian border. This was stated by Yanukovych’s lawyer Vitaliy Serdyuk during a hearing of the Obolonskyi District Court on the case of high treason of the former head of state.

“There are links and information that the current government and other interested parties are preparing to assassinate Viktor Yanukovych if he crosses the Ukrainian border,” Serdyuk noted.

The lawyer did not name specific names.

Yanukovych’s defence attorney insists on questioning a number of witnesses in court who must provide more detailed information about the threat to his client’s life.

Yanukovych’s lawyer asked Putin to use Russian troops in Ukraine

Yanukovych’s lawyer Vitaliy Serdyuk told journalists that former President Viktor Yanukovych should have used Russian troops on Ukrainian territory to prevent what happened to the country. At the same time, Serdyuk complained that Yanukovych’s letter to Putin does not say this: "The letter does not say a single word about the introduction of troops. We are talking about the use, not the introduction of troops of the Russian Federation," Serdyuk said.

However, the defense attorney was unable to explain how Russian troops could have been “used” in Ukraine without their introduction into the country’s territory.

"... I believe that Viktor Yanukovych will answer this question. He will have the opportunity to answer it. The defense has a position on this matter, but it is not correct to reveal it now," the lawyer noted.

The Obolonskyi District Court will continue to consider the case against fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych on July 6.

Today, June 29, the Obolonsky District Court of Kyiv allowed the procedure of a special trial in absentia on charges of high treason against fugitive President Viktor Yanukovych.

The defense, in turn, stated that it would appeal this decision of the Obolonskyi Court to the European Court of Human Rights.

According to prosecutor Ruslan Kravchenko, the former president, suspected of treason, failed to appear in court more than five times. The prosecution also stated that the procedure for examining evidence will be determined when the case is examined on its merits.

Yanukovych’s defence team, in turn, stated that the prosecution’s evidence in the case was submitted in violation of procedure.

According to defence attorney Vitaliy Serdyuk, Viktor Yanukovych is ready to contact the court remotely if the court sends an official request to the competent authorities of Russia.

In addition, the defense of the fugitive president requires consideration of the statement on pressure from law enforcement agencies on the court in the presence of Lutsenko. Also, lawyer Vitaliy Serdyuk reported that the former president personally expressed a desire to interrogate the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov as a witness during the trial on the merits of the case.

In March 2017, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine submitted to the court an indictment in a criminal case against former President Yanukovych, who is suspected of committing treason, aiding in deliberate actions committed by representatives of the authorities and officials of the Russian Federation with the aim of changing the borders of the territory and state border of Ukraine in violation of the procedure established by the Constitution of Ukraine and aiding in waging an aggressive war against Ukraine.

In Ukraine, a case was falsified against a law firm that includes lawyer Vitaliy Serdyuk, who successfully defended the ousted Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovych in a case of “high treason.”

As Serdyuk himself reported, the Security Service of Ukraine received the corresponding instructions. Personally, against the lawyer, materials are being fabricated to bring him to criminal liability on artificial charges.

"It has become known about the authorities’ reaction to the information disseminated by the defence. The reaction is that instead of taking the actions envisaged by law to investigate the circumstances, the SSU was given an order, based on the results of our active human rights activities, to take all actions to falsify the case against the leaders of our law firm, against me personally, to collect and fabricate materials to bring to criminal liability on artificial charges. We are making a statement about this and preparing the relevant documents of legal response," Serdyuk said on the air of the 112 Ukraine TV channel.

It was previously reported that Serdyuk plans to file a lawsuit with the ECHR within a month to protect the fourth president of Ukraine.

Defendant in the "Onyshchenko case" is defended in court by Yanukovych’s lawyer

The defendant in the "Onyshchenko case" Valeriy Postnyi is defended in court by Yanukovych’s lawyer, Vitaliy Serdyuk.

"The defender of Onyshchenko Postnyi’s right hand is Yanukovych’s lawyer. Meet Vitaliy Serdyuk. One of the lawyer’s methods of work sounds like this: "In addition to the usual procedures, a creative, non-standard approach must be used." It seems that it was Serdyuk who was the director of the theatrical show, when the defendant in the "gas case" had his diaper changed right in court," the press service of the center said in a statement.

According to investigators, MP Oleksandr Onyshchenko, together with a number of officials and politicians, bought "blue fuel" from Ukrgazvydobyvannya at a reduced price through fictitious exchanges during 2013-2016. The gas was then resold to enterprises, but at market value.

NABU fears that deputies may agree to hold Onyshchenko accountable, but not to detain and arrest him.

As part of the criminal case on abuses in the sale of gas produced during joint activities with PJSC Ukrgazvydobyvannya, NABU detectives conducted 37 searches in Lviv, Dnipro and Kyiv. 10 of the 20 defendants in the case have already been detained.

But Vitaly Serdyuk also has a hidden side, his life in Russia before he became a Ukrainian lawyer.

And there he was the head of a sect, a corrupter of youth and a swindler.

Conclusions about "Synthesis FA"

1. "Synthesis FA" is a religious sect, since the main thing in "Synthesis FA" is the worship of a certain "Father of the Metagalaxy". The leader of "Synthesis FA" V. Serdyuk compares the "Father of the Metagalaxy" with the biblical "Father".

2. 2. The personality of the founder of "Synthesis FA" does not inspire confidence. We open his text (Topic: "Introductory Lecture" (Kyiv 2006) and read. The carefully veiled biography of Vitaliy Serdyuk allows us to conclude that there is nothing to be proud of in it. He graduated from an unnamed institute of culture, specializing in "ballet dancer". He claims that he became a choreographer, but is embarrassed to mention what performances he staged. Dancer Vitalik was into yoga from the seventh grade, using clippings from unknown magazines. With inspiration (although with difficulty, according to him) he read the book by E. Blavatsky "The Secret Doctrine", after which he declared that he himself had come into contact with the "Lord", only a cooler one (no longer with Moriah, but with Kut-Humi).

At the same time, he was the secretary of the Komsomol committee (apparently, the institute’s) and headed the “Agni Yoga Club” (Have you heard of such amazing Komsomol members yet?). Then he suddenly became the director of one Stavropol educational institution - the regional school "Stavropol Higher Ecosphere Dialecticum "Chemist". Why "higher" is unclear, the word "dialecticum" is an obvious neologism of Serdyuk, obviously not adopted, and the phrase "human ecosphere" is Vitaliy’s favorite linguistic construction, in truth meaningless. In addition to standard subjects, the school taught esotericism: ecosophy, meditation, "psychodynamic grace", "Human Universe", Tarot, etc. He also headed a secret experiment in education in Russia from 1991 for 10 years (for some reason the experimenter himself calls these years perestroika). According to Vitaly’s vague mentions, in addition to vertical grading scales, he also came up with horizontal ones (!), made class teachers governors of the entire class (!). I used the word "secret" because you will not find it anywhere information: hypotheses, theories, methodologies, reports, publications, etc. The experiment failed, because in 1995 Vitaly began to give lectures on the invented doctrine "Synthesis of FA" and launched the experiment. Moreover, in 1996 the school lost patrons from the regional government, and by decree of December 2, 1997 No. 753, the governor of the region stopped funding the school from the budget.

This fusion of esoteric contacting and experimenting on students prompted Vitaly to create an organization in Stavropol with his favorite name, "the Institute of the Human Ecosphere" (imagine the hydrosphere of an airplane, or the stratosphere of a frog). He was engaged in "science in the field of education." It is noteworthy that the word "institute" is part of the name, and not the type of institution, which is registered as "research educational and creative center of the South of Russia." Likewise, "lyceum" (dialyceum) is part of the name of the regional school. Now Serdyuk makes money by holding expensive seminars and selling auxiliary materials to his followers (books, disks).

3. The teaching "Synthesis of FA" is a fantasy on the theme of the theosophy of E. Blavatsky. There is no synthesis of philosophies and religions in "Synthesis of FA". It is practically impossible to create a synthesis of religions, since this requires gathering adherents of religions to modify their fundamental views, which is nonsense in itself.

4. From the point of view of science, logic and common sense, many concepts of "FA Synthesis" are delusional. The ecosphere cannot be a human ecosphere, since in the concept of V.I. Vernadskyi the ecosphere is a planetary set of modern biomes.

The word "dimensions" undoubtedly comes from the general ignorance of its creators. In Russian there is no such word and in physics there is no such concept (there is "dimension").

Presences (esoteric planes astral, mental, etc.) are absolutely unscientific. Since there is no device that registers anything other than the substance and energy of the organism, any mention of esoteric parts of a person are just fairy tales, a matter of faith.

The vibrations of the metagalaxy on the note F are a pearl that the Synthesists can hardly explain, but they all believe in it. All descriptions boil down to the fact that some unknowable kind of divine energy "vibrates".

It turns out that the note F has nothing to do with music at all, but is the name of a stage of development (of what it is not clear).

The main task of the seminar is “acquiring the fire of the Father,” that is, developing in students the desire to receive from God a form of the biblical “holy spirit.”

Astana resident complains about the sect "Synthesis Fa"

The sect convinces her husband that there is no life on Earth.

Astana resident Rita complains that the sect "Synthesis Fa" has turned her husband into a zombie. According to her, the organization is harming him and the family as a whole. The woman says that she wants to divorce her husband, she thinks that it is impossible to tear him away from the sectarians, reports a Total.kz correspondent.

According to Rita, her husband Pavlo has been a member of the Synthesis Fa sect for five years now and, like all its members, makes contributions.

"He constantly gives money there, 15 thousand every month, and for each individual lesson on Wednesdays my husband pays another 5 thousand tenge. And I wouldn’t say that he earns well. In the sect no one issues any documents about the receipt of money," the woman complained.

She and her husband are 50 years old and have grown-up children. As Rita says, she and her husband are Muslims, he even observes the Orazu fast. However, the man lives by the principles of the sect.

"I don’t like that they have regular seminars on Saturdays and Sundays. On Wednesdays, they have individual classes. They convince people that they have to work at night. Because of this, my husband is completely useless during the day, he has become like a zombie," the Astana resident explained. "He and others who are part of the sect are convinced that there is no life on Earth, that it is all somewhere above, where their ruler is. Allegedly, my husband already has a real family and children there and they are waiting for him. They tell him that he is unlucky and that he should ask forgiveness for some past lives."

Sintez Fa does not have a permanent office in Astana, the woman continued. According to her information, the sect’s adherents periodically gather in rented premises, for example, in hotels. She herself observed one such meeting when she came to get her husband out of there. There were about 30 people in the hall, Rita assured.

"There is such foolishness there. They are told that you should be in the family, but not with the family. They have a permanent lecturer, Nina Ivanovna. It seems that a certain Serdyuk from Ukraine, who, according to the sect’s conviction, communicates with the bishop himself, is in charge of everything," the indignant woman added.

Rita, according to her, turned to law enforcement agencies for help. The guardians of the law invited Pavlo for a conversation, and he allegedly promised to improve, went to see a psychologist. But Rita believes that her husband will still remain in the sect and is thinking about breaking up with him.

The Teaching of "Synthesis" is an educational direction, the basic teaching of modern human civilization, based on the philosophy of "Synthesis". And this philosophy is a synthesis of everything that humanity has accumulated and that the students have synthesized in their ascent.
