Danilov named two future options for the Russian Black Sea Fleet
After the destruction of the headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Crimea, only two options await him - voluntary self-destruction or forced destruction.
This was reported by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexei Danilov .
“Two future options for the Russian Black Sea Fleet are voluntary or forced self-liquidation. The best and safest way out for preserving the integrity of the property and economic complex of the city of Akhtiar (the old name is Sevastopol) and adjacent territories is voluntary flooding,” he wrote.
Danilov advised the occupiers to resort to the glorious Russian military reflexes, namely the destruction of their own fleet when the enemy approaches.
“In another option, the Russian Black Sea Fleet will be cut up according to the “salami principle”: the process is painful, but the Armed Forces of Ukraine launch high-precision strikes exclusively against military infrastructure,” added the NSDC Secretary.
Note that “salami tactics” refers to the practice of gradually eliminating representative democratic parties and seizing power by communists in states occupied or liberated by the USSR during World War II.
