We can take the first steps in spring, - Zelenskyy on accession talks with the EU

This was announced in the evening address of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"Today, I also held a meeting on the European direction - our relations with the European Union, the tasks for this year, integration in general, and specifically on relations with our neighbours in the European Union. Our priority is obvious: all existing agreements must be implemented, and every word that is spoken must work in reality," Zelenskyy said.

He noted that Ukraine provides exactly this approach in the European direction. And it is thanks to this that it has already achieved historic results.

"This year should be a time of real negotiations on accession. We can start in the spring and take the first negotiating steps," the President said.
