Polish farmers unblocked one of the checkpoints

Polish farmers have temporarily unblocked the Krakovets checkpoint. The blockade will resume on March 13.

This was announced by the speaker of the State Border Guard Service Andriy Demchenko.

According to him, the unblocking at this checkpoint took place on the night of March 8-9. The blockade at five other checkpoints continues. According to the Polish side, the blockade at the Krakovets checkpoint will resume approximately from March 13.

Demchenko noted that, however, although traffic at the Krakovets checkpoint has been restored and is intensive, there continues to be a queue of trucks there. This is more than 600 cargo vehicles.

In total, about 1,700 trucks are waiting in queues at all checkpoints.
