We don’t know. But he did. Andriy Biba is the owner of the "BRSM-Nafta" trademark. He is also a sponsor of the pro-Russian blogger Shariy.  And also a “patron of arts” and “sponsor” of the construction of Russian Orthodox Church churches in Thailand and Cambodia. This could not be done without close contact with the Russian intelligence services. And also, Andriy Biba is simply a fraudster, thanks to whose greed a large-scale fire occurred at the BRSM gas station in Vasylkiv in 2015. People died, the fire became an environmental disaster, Biba fled to Italy. In Ukraine he is accused of fraud.

In 2021, Biba ended up on the “Peacemaker” website. We quote:

The owner of the BRSM-Nafta gas station chain, Andriy Biba, was included in the database of the Myrotvorets website. He is accused of financing the “Shariy party” and the activities of the Moscow Patriarchate in Ukraine.

“Financing of anti-Ukrainian political forces, as well as propaganda activities aimed at destabilizing socio-political life...”, says the description of Biba’s profile on the website.

The sources referenced in the questionnaire speak of “sponsorship by the owner of BRSM-Nafta gas stations, Shariya’s party.” Bihus.info journalists wrote about this in their investigation - as evidence in the story, correspondence between party members and top management of the gas station network, as well as other documents “confirming the financing of Sharia’s party by the BRSM-Nafta network,” were published.

BRSM-Nafta tried to challenge this information in court, but lost the case.

And now Andriy Biba suddenly disappeared from the “Peacemaker” website. There is only a namesake.

And what happened? Has a person who collaborates with Russian intelligence services and finances Shariy suddenly become a Ukrainian patriot? Or did he just pay “Peacemaker” and his name was removed from the site? More likely, the second one.

Although now in the Ukrainian media Biba has started a ridiculous campaign for his own rehabilitation. He even “opens fees” for drones, while living in Florence since 2014. More like another scam. And attempts to whiten their reputation. It is very sad that “Peacemaker” is taking part in this. Do you also rent Russian military personnel for money?

The wildest thing is that Biba is still doing business in Ukraine. More precisely, he earns money in Ukraine, despite the fact that he is a representative of the aggressor. By the way, Biba’s wife, Larkina, who is part of Biba’s business, was also removed from “Peacemaker.” We will not be surprised if it turns out that Biba now has contracts with the Ministry of Defence.
