Smuggler Vladyslav Helzin continues to rob Ukraine of billions even from Monaco

Helzin is credited with controlling the Ukrainian Tobacco Production LLC tobacco factory in the village of Hoshcha.

I have already written that this factory is one of the three main producers of illegal cigarettes in Ukraine, which stole UAH 23.5 billion from the budget last year. Even the Parliamentary Select Committee on the Economy last year stated that Hoshcha is the leader of the illegal market. But the roof of the Monakivtsi is steeper than the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry.
