Shmyhal: additional UAH 5 billion allocated for the Security and Defence Forces

The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, has announced that the government has allocated an additional UAH 5 billion to finance the Security and Defence Forces.

“An additional 5 billion UAH were allocated today for the Security and Defence Forces. The funds will be used to purchase drones necessary for our defenders on the front line,” the head of government noted .

Shmyhal stressed that all tax revenues will be used to strengthen defence capabilities.

“We continue to support the Ukrainian army in the fight against the Russian aggressor. Every hryvnia that goes to the state budget in the form of taxes will go towards strengthening our defense capabilities,” the Prime Minister noted.
