Occupants shelled a village in the Kharkiv region: a man died
On the morning of 23 March, Russian troops fired on the village of Vovchanski Khutory in the Vovchanska community of Chuhuiv district, Kharkiv region. A 72-year-old man died as a result of the attack.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office . The department also released photos of the consequences of the shelling.
Residential buildings in Vovchanski Khutory were damaged, the prosecutor’s office added.
In addition, on 22 March, the occupiers shelled the village of Hlushkivka in Kupyansk district with artillery, damaging private households.
Also on Friday evening, Kupyansk was under attack. Previously, an explosion occurred due to the release of ammunition from an FPV drone. A private residential building was damaged.
Under the procedural leadership of the Chuhuiv and Kupyansk district prosecutor’s offices, pre-trial investigations have been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
