The High Anti-Corruption Court extended the duties of a judge of the Supreme Court to Knyazyev
Today, March 28, the High Anti-Corruption Court extended until May 28 the term of duties assigned to the former chairman, Supreme Court judge Vsevolod Knyazyev. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office accuses him of receiving $1.8 million in improper benefits.
As it became known to KV , Slovo i Dilo reports about this.
“To partially satisfy the request of the SAPO prosecutor to extend the duration of the duties assigned to the accused Vsevolod Knyazyev. Extend the term of his duties to the accused Vsevolod Knyazev. The validity period of the resolution is set to May 28, 2024 inclusive,” presiding judge Serhiy Moisak announced the decision.
As you know, Knyazyev was released from custody after posting more than UAH 18 million in bail.
