The mobilization bill will come into force a month after it is signed by the president

Here are some of its provisions:

• Persons with limited fitness must retake the MMC;
• Persons with II - III disability groups after February 24, 2022 (except for military personnel) must undergo a repeat medical examination;
• Within 60 days it will be necessary to update personal data in the TRC;
• Restriction of driving privileges for “evaders”;
• When checking documents, an authorized representative of the TRC or a police officer must conduct photo and video recording;
• It is mandatory to have a military registration document with you;
• Demobilization due to release from captivity.
• If a person owns more than one vehicle, the vehicle may be mobilized.
• Deputies removed from the bill the provision on the demobilization of soldiers after 36 months of service.
