Soldiers of the 63rd brigade showed how they captured an enemy dugout
Soldiers of the 107th battalion of the 63rd separate mechanized brigade helped their brothers capture enemy positions in the Lyman direction. Ukrainian defenders showed the corresponding video online.
In the video, tankers smash the invaders’ dugout to smithereens. After this, the infantry clears the enthusiastic positions. However, the most beautiful moment is how the Russian occupiers try to escape from the battlefield.
The 63rd separate mechanized brigade, a formation of mechanized troops of the ground forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, was created in 2017 from military personnel of the West operational command. All its fighters participated in the ATO.
Since 2022, the brigade has participated in battles in the Kherson direction. After Kherson’s dismissal, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked the brigade personnel for this. From December 2022 to January last year, she participated in the defense of Bakhmut. The 63rd Mechanized Infantry Brigade was located near Bakhmut in the Ivanivske area, holding back the advance of the invaders on the Chasiv Yar-Konstantynivka highway.
In December 2023, the President of Ukraine presented the Battle Banner to the brigade. Currently, the brigade is working in the Lyman direction.
