Journalists publish list of all seized property of Hrynkevych family

NGL.media investigators analyzed a number of decisions of Kyiv courts, published in the court registry, and compiled a list of seized property of the family of the scandalous Lviv businessman Ihor Hrynkevych, accused of embezzlement in procurement of the Ministry of Defense.

We are talking about five houses, seven apartments, eight luxury cars, 18 land plots, a motel, a recreation complex and dozens of non-residential or industrial premises. The property of Roman Hrynkevych ex-fiancée, Sonya Morozyuk, was also seized.

It is known that the court seized the following property belonging to Ihor and Svitlana Hrynkevych:

a land plot with an area of 1.9914 hectares on the territory of the Litvinovsky village council in the Kyiv region;
a land plot with an area of 1.7219 hectares in the village of Zelev, Lviv region;
a land plot of 1 hectare in the village of Guta, Transcarpathian region;
a land plot of 0.1 hectares in Solonka, Lviv region;
a land plot with an area of 0.0672 hectares in the consumer society "Prolisok" in Lviv;
apartment with an area of 51.6 m² in Kyiv;
apartment with an area of 123.6 m2 in Kyiv;
a house with an area of 67.85 m² in the consumer society “Prolisok” in Lviv;
apartment with an area of 30.7 m2 in Kyiv;
apartment with an area of 127.7 m2 in Lviv;
garage box with an area of 23.4 m² in Lviv.

The property of Roman Hrynkevych’s ex-girlfriend Sonya Morozyuk was also under arrest:

non-residential premises with an area of 121.7 m2 in Kyiv;
a 2015 Porsche Cayenne;
85/100 of a part of an apartment with an area of 71.5 m² in Kyiv;
3/20 of an apartment with an area of 82.2 m² in Kyiv;
1/3 of an apartment with an area of 48.2 m² in Kharkiv.

The court also seized the property of Roman Hrynkevych’s mother-in-law Iryna Fedak. We are talking about the following real estate:

a land plot with an area of 0.0128 hectares in the consumer society "Prolisok" in Lviv;
a land plot with an area of 0.0865 hectares in the consumer society "Prolisok" in Lviv;
a land plot with an area of 0.0954 hectares in the consumer society "Prolisok" in Lviv;
a land plot of 2 hectares on the territory of the Litvinovske village council of the Kyiv region;
apartment with an area of 127.7 m2 in Lviv;
apartment with an area of 85.2 m2 in Kyiv;
apartment with an area of 30.7 m2 in Kyiv;
garden house with an area of 298.4 m² in the consumer society "Snowdrop" in Lviv.

Svitlana Hrynkevych’s sister Iryna Benyo owns a land plot with an area of 0.1 hectares and a residential building with an area of 157.5 m² in Slavske in the Lviv region. This property was also seized. Grinkevich’s son Roman, who is the founder and director of Construction Alliance Montazhproekt LLC, owns a land plot of almost 2 hectares on the territory of the Litvinovske village council in the Kyiv region.

In early January 2024, Roman Hrynkevych sold part of his property to Oleh Yefimov. The SBI believes that Yefimov received profits from the Construction Alliance Montazhproekt, which disrupted the supply of clothing for the military. The budget suffered losses of UAH 1.2 billion. The SBI found that although Yefimov had purchased a house for over UAH 25 million and a land plot for UAH 5.6 million, his official income over the past 25 years was only UAH 11 million. The court seized the property belonging to Yefimov:

residential building with an area of 289.1 m² in the town of Kozyn;
a land plot with an area of 0.0147 hectares in the town of Kozyn in the Kyiv region;
a land plot with an area of 0.0153 hectares in the town of Kozyn in the Kyiv region;
a land plot with an area of 0.1136 hectares in the town of Kozyn in the Kyiv region;
land plot with an area of 0.1159 hectares in the town of Kozyn in the Kyiv region.

The SBI also believes that the Hrynkevych fictitiously transferred part of the property to Vladyslav Kachanov. The court arrested an apartment with an area of 186 m² in Lviv, officially owned by Kachanov.

In addition, the property of the director of the Trade Lines Retail company, which purchased helmets for the Armed Forces of Ukraine at inflated prices, Vladimir Timkiv, was seized. We are talking about an apartment with an area of 92.7 m² in Zhytomyr and a Mercedes-Benz S 350, produced in 2015. A store with an area of 198.6 m² in Khmelnytsky, representative of Trade Lines Retail LLC Vasyl Yadukha, was also arrested.

The director of the Citigrad Construction Company, which was involved in the scheme for purchasing helmets at inflated prices, Viktor Kuzminskyi is the owner of the following seized property:

a land plot of 0.25 hectares in the village of Novoselitsa, Zhytomyr region;
a land plot of 0.12 hectares in the village of Vyshpol in the Zhytomyr region;
garden house with an area of 54.1 m².

Also, Kyiv courts arrested the property of companies controlled by the Hrynkevych or companies associated with them. In particular, we are talking about a tractor and a tilt platform, which is on the balance sheet of Citigrad Construction Company LLC. The property of nine more companies was also seized.

road service complex, hotel complex on the Kyiv-Chop highway near Lviv;
carpentry shop with an area of 184.4 m in the village. Salt cellar, Lviv region;
sawmill with an area of 223.9 m in the village. Salt cellar, Lviv region.

PJSC Career Management:

a recreation complex building with an area of 1206.8 m² in the village of Zelev, Lviv region;
a mechanical repair shop building with an area of 545 m2 in the village of Zelev, Lviv region;
transformer substation building with an area of 249.6 m2 in the village of Zelev, Lviv region;
five non-residential buildings with a total area of 144 m² in the village of Zelev, Lviv region.

We would like to add that the property of the PT Development company was also under arrest. We are talking about a building, premises and land. However, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv overturned the arrest.
