Fugitive Odesa businessman Ruslan Tarpan set up business in Russia in the midst of war

Odessa law enforcement officers are catching up with Tarpan, and today we are talking not only and not so much about corruption. Tarpan was informed of suspicion under Article 111.

On December 1, 2022, when a full-scale war had been going on for almost a year, Tarpan entered into a contract with the ANO “Museum and Exhibition Technical Center of the Automobile and Motorcycle Club of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation” (registered at the address: Moscow, Kremlin St., building 9) represented by General Director Yuliya Kuklina (hereinafter referred to as the Keeper) storage agreement No. 50/22, according to which he transferred 8 collector cars for storage and display: PAKARD, 1936; ZIS 110 B 1947; ZIL 111, 1966; ZIL 111 G; ZIL 111 D, 1966; ZIS 115, 1953; ZIL 41051, 1985; ZIL 41041, 1998

The museum in Moscow accepted and took these cars for free storage. And now they are part of the exhibition. Traitors can see them at the address: Moscow, Mira Avenue, 119.

By the way, the shelf life expires on December 25, 2024.

Tarpan was informed of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - aiding the aggressor state, based on the following criteria: deliberate actions aimed at helping the aggressor state (aiding), armed formations and the occupation administration of the aggressor state, committed by a citizen of Ukraine, with the aim of causing damage to Ukraine by transferring material resources or other assets to representatives of the aggressor state.
