Enemy losses: the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated more than 1,500 invaders and 27 artillery systems

Russia continues to suffer losses in the war of aggression against Ukraine - over the past 24 hours alone, the Defence Forces have neutralized 1,520 invaders, 19 tanks and 30 armored fighting vehicles.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Facebook .

The total combat losses of Russians from 02/24/22 to 05/16/24 were approximately:

• personnel - about 488,460 (+1,520) people,
• tanks - 7,529 (+19) units,
• armored combat vehicles - 14,538 (+30) units,
• artillery systems - 12,565 (+27) units,
• MLRS − 1,070 (+0) units,
• air defence systems - 798 (+0) units,
• aircraft - 351 (+0) units,
• helicopters - 325 (+0) units,
• Operational-tactical level UAV – 10,028 (+13) units,
• cruise missiles - 2,200 (+1) units,
• ships/boats - 26 (+0) units,
• submarines - 1 (+0) units,
• automotive equipment and tank trucks - 17,048 (+93) units,
• special equipment – 2,062 (+1) units.
