People cannot be forcibly brought to the TRC until 16 July, - Pavlychenko

This was stated by Oleksandr Pavlychenko, Executive Director of the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union.

“Now there is no reason for representatives of the TRC to bring a citizen, for example, forcibly to carry out a reconciliation of personal data. Before the expiration of the 60-day period,” he said.

According to the Helsinki Union, now a person can only be served with a subpoena for reconciliation of personal data.
