Investors of the capital’s Happy House housing complex on the capital’s Beresteysky Avenue are complaining that the developer has been imitating the construction of the complex for a long time. In particular, in order to demonstrate at least some work, the developer removes windows from the internal walls and rearranges them... on the facade. The owner of one of the apartments spoke about this on his Facebook page, adding photographic evidence.
Thus, investor Artem Romashchenkov reported that for the first year since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, construction was not carried out at all. Subsequently, work resumed at the construction site, but the developer turned on the imitation mode and has been covering the wall with foam plastic for the second year.”
Now the insanity has reached the bottom when the developer, for the sake of imitation, began to remove windows from the inner wall and rearrange them on the facade (where foam plastic is glued). Investors are ignored, at best they continue a lie that has been going on for years,” says a message from residents of the Happy House residential complex.
It is noted that the house was supposed to be put into operation before 2022, but over time the work was extended until the summer of 2022. “Now they simply change the deadlines every year and do nothing to actually complete the work,” note the apartment owners.
Investors also add that the city authorities gave permission for the construction of the house, subject to the reconstruction of the state kindergarten, which stood at the construction site. However, this has not happened yet.
The Happy House residential complex is located 5 minutes from the Beresteyska metro station. Its construction is carried out by the company Saga Development, which is known for the construction of several residential complexes, which for some reason all receive names in English. The head of Saga Development is businessman and former official of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Kyiv City State Administration Andriy Vavrish.
