“Reserve+” is not an analogue of an official document and has no legal force

The information in the mobile application for military personnel "Reserve+" is not an official document, but is for informational purposes only, the service developers note. Therefore, the application cannot be used in cases where a person liable for military service must provide the relevant document, Ukrainian News reports.

In the Questions and Answers section of the application, the question of whether the information displayed in Reserve+ is an official document is included in the list of most frequently asked questions.

“Unfortunately, the information in the Reserve+ application from the Amulet registry is not yet an official document,” the application itself notes.

It is said that in the future the situation may change and the documents will receive legal force.

“The Reserve+ team is working on launching an electronic military registration document that will have the same legal force as a paper one,” the application notes.
