The representative of the Poltava TRC, Roman Istomin, said that in absentia summons, which will be issued from July 16, 2 weeks will be given for arrival at the military registration and enlistment office.

He noted that for now, subpoenas still work - they are considered delivered only in hand with a signature. And from July 16, they will be sent to any known TRC address and will be considered automatically delivered.

“In this case, the day of appearance when summoned by a reservist or a person liable for military service is determined no earlier than the 14th day from the date of sending the summons by postal service by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt,” Istomin noted.
