Most Ukrainians abroad must return to appear at the TRC, - Speaker of the MD Lazutkin

He spoke about this during the telethon.

“First of all, for those who downloaded the “Reserve+” application, but the “Wanted” status appeared there even if the person violated the rules of military registration. That is, for example, he was deregistered in one city, but not registered in another. Or he didn’t get up at all - he left when he was not yet 17 years old, and now the time has come. And so on. There are a number of reasons,” Lazutkin said during the telethon.

Let us note that most of the men who left Ukraine were not removed from the military register the day before.

Lazutkin says that the Ministry of Defence “objectively understands” that a “small percentage” of people will come to TRC from abroad.
