Moraru noted that his wife Hanna owns a Rolex watch worth 550 thousand hryvnia, a Cartier ring worth 438 thousand hryvnia and a Cartier bracelet worth 2 million hryvnia. At the same time, Moraru’s salary for the year amounted to 345 thousand hryvnia!

A large amount of property was registered in the name of the official’s mother, Nataliya Moraru. For example, the private enterprise “Salwave” (providing for rent and operation of own or leased real estate) in Odesa with a capital of 3.4 million hryvnia! She also owns a stake in Odesa LLC Serhiivska, which is engaged in the retail trade of drinks.
