The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduced changes to the Procedure for organizing and maintaining military records (Resolution No. 1487) and the Procedure for conscripting citizens for military service (No. 560).

This became known from the resolution of June 7, 2024 No. 675 .

According to the document, “the procedure for granting a deferment from conscription for military service during mobilization in connection with reservation and deferment ... does not provide for referral to a military medical commission for a medical examination.”

In addition, persons under the age of 25 are not sent to a military medical commission to undergo a medical examination.

“During martial law, conscripts are sent to a military medical commission to undergo a medical examination only if they are accepted into military service on a voluntary basis,” the resolution says.
