Canada sends first medical armored personnel carriers to Ukraine

According to the country’s Ministry of Defence, the vehicles will go to Europe, where the Ukrainian military will learn how to use them. By autumn, Ukraine will receive 10 such armored personnel carriers.

These vehicles have a high level of maneuverability and crew and cargo protection, and can perform a wide range of battlefield roles, including troop transport, secure command and control locations, and medical evacuation. The sanitary option is equipped with medical equipment and an interior layout that will allow the treatment of a wide range of injuries.
