Ukraine’s capitulation cannot be the path to peace. It is necessary to repel Russian aggression.

This was stated by French President Emmanuel Macron during a speech at the peace summit in Switzerland.

“All of us are committed to building a sustainable peace. But, as has already been said, Ukrainian capitulation cannot become such a peace. Therefore, a prerequisite for peace is helping Ukraine repel aggression,” Macron said.
