New data has emerged on the consequences of Russia’s attack on Kyiv region
In the Kyiv region on Sunday, June 30, three people were injured as a result of a rocket attack, one of whom was a child. There were no hits to residential or critical infrastructure, however, as a result of falling debris in one of the districts of the region, private houses were damaged, in particular.
This was announced by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko, the KRMA press service reports. Residents of the region were once again urged not to ignore the air raid warning.
“As a result of yesterday’s (June 30 – Ed.) missile attack in the Kyiv region, three people were injured, one of them a child. The victims are in one of the regional hospitals in the region. People received all the necessary medical care,” Kravchenko said.
The head of KRMA clarified that there were no hits on residential or critical infrastructure. At the same time, as a result of falling debris in one of the districts of the region, three private houses were damaged. In particular, windows, doors, and walls were cut out. Also damaged were warehouses, a number of administrative buildings, as well as 16 vehicles - cars and a motorcycle. Emergency services continue to work at the scene.
In addition, in the Kyiv region, a fire and rescue unit building was damaged as a result of a missile attack. The blast wave shattered glass and partly the windows, and damaged the ceilings. At the time of the impact, rescuers were in shelter; no one was injured.
