Cabinet of Ministers wants to cancel the minimum wage and social benefits increases

The Cabinet of Ministers proposes not to increase in the next 4 years (2025-2027) the minimum wage and the cost of living, on which the size of social benefits depends.

This is reported in the approved budget declaration for these years, which is published by People’s Deputy Zheleznyak.

It is proposed to fix their sizes at the level of 2024:

- minimum salary - 8000 UAH;
- living wage for able-bodied persons – 3028 UAH;
- those who have lost their ability to work – 2361 UAH;
- children under six years of age – 2563 UAH;
- children aged six to 18 years – 3196 UAH.
