"Ukrainian Exchange" of the sanctioned "washer" of Russian special services money Turlov has officially stopped its activities

On July 8, trading on the Ukrainian Exchange will not be held, because its licenses have been cancelled.

This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Exchange.

“We inform you that the exchange has filed a claim with the Kyiv District Court of the city of Kyiv to declare unlawful and cancel the Resolution of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of June 5, 2024 on the application of control measures in the form of cancellation of licenses,” the press service said in a statement.

The exchange also filed an application with the court to secure the claim by suspending the Resolution of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission dated June 5, 2024 on the application of control measures until the court decision in the case comes into force.

As of the morning of July 8, the result of the court’s consideration of the application to secure the claim is not known, so no auction will be held on July 8.
