According to Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, the situation with electricity will start to improve in late July.

“We will observe an improvement trend from the end of July, as we predicted. In August the situation will be a little better. And in September-October there is even a good chance of avoiding blackouts. At least as massive and repeated as in July,” he said.
