Ministry of Energy promises not to increase electricity tariffs until May 1, 2025

This is stated in the response of Minister Herman Galushchenko to the request of MP Oleksiy Kucherenko.

“The price of electricity for household consumers, according to Resolution No. 632, was approved until April 30, 2025. That is, until the end of the autumn-winter period 2024/2025, the electricity tariff for household consumers will not be revised,” the document says.

At the same time, he notes that now the market price for light is 7.5 UAH per kWh, while Ukrainians have been paying 4.32 UAH since June 1.
