As a result of Russian shelling, the administrative building of the railway in Lyman, Donetsk region, was destroyed and cannot be restored.

The press service of Ukrzaliznytsia reported this on social networks.

It was also indicated that other premises received significant damage.

The railway workers say that they have already tried to restore them after the preliminary shelling, installed new windows, carried out cosmetic repairs - this time the scale of destruction is more significant.

“Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries among railway workers, but such luck is not always the case,” the Ukrzaliznytsia Department added.
