This was announced by the director of the Energy Research Center Kharchenko.

“On Tuesday, two power transformers burned out at the South Ukrainian Nuclear Power Plant due to the heat. Today, another power transformer burned down there and, according to unverified data, another one at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant.”
