President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about the importance of physical activity in his daily life. According to the politician, he tries to devote at least 40 minutes a day to sports, although he has a crazy schedule.

Zelenskyy spoke about this in a conversation with French journalists, which was published on the YouTube channel “Ze! President”. In an interview, he admitted that sports are a must for him. “Today I did this on the train. It doesn’t take much time if you want to do it. 30 seconds - you can do it in the train corridor. You can do it anywhere,” the statesman noted. Among the classic exercises that the politician performs are squats and push-ups.

However, Zelenskyy noted, for him sport “is where there are great achievements and great athletes who give their lives to it.” “But for me it’s just - well, yes, to warm up a little. Physical stress is definitely necessary so that the brain can rest a little. Therefore, if there is an opportunity at night, late in the evening or very early in the morning, I try to find my 30-40 minutes,” - added the head of state.

At the beginning of 2024, the president said that he was trying to find a minute for at least basic exercise. He especially devotes time to sports before going to bed and after waking up. In addition, Zelenskyy admitted that he takes care of himself and believes that at his age it is “dangerous” to eat sweets.
