Iryna Farion’s murder: court in Lviv to consider cancellation of preventive measure against suspect

The suspect’s defense will ask the court to change his detention to 24-hour house arrest.

Today, August 5, the Lviv Court of Appeal will consider the proposal of the defense lawyer of the suspect in the murder of Irina Farion to cancel the preventive measure in the form of detention. This is discussed on the website of the Lviv Court of Appeal.

The suspect’s defense will ask the court to change his detention to 24-hour house arrest with the wearing of an electronic bracelet. The hearing will begin at 15:00 in the courtroom on the square. Soborna, 7 in Lviv.

On July 26, the Galician court of Lviv chose a preventive measure for the suspect in the murder of Iryna Farion. He will be held in custody for 60 days without bail. Vyacheslav Zinchenko’s lawyer planned to appeal the court’s decision.
