Man killed in Kyiv region after ammunition detonation: child in hospital

On Saturday, August 10, in the village of Kalyta, Brovarskyi district, Kyiv region, an explosion occurred on Naberezhna street.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service in the Kyiv region.

The incident was reported at around 2:00 p.m.

At the scene, rescuers discovered that the explosion was caused by the detonation of ammunition.

As a result of the accident, a 33-year-old man was fatally injured. A 13-year-old girl was also injured and was hospitalized by an emergency medical team at the Brovary Central District Hospital.

Law enforcement agencies are investigating the circumstances of the incident.
