Occupiers shelled Pokrovsk district of Donetsk region with artillery: two people were injured

On 11 August, two men were wounded as a result of shelling in Kostyantynivka village and Kurakhove town in Pokrovsk district of Donetsk region.

"Russian troops shelled the private sector of Kurakhove with cannon artillery. As a result, a 36-year-old man was wounded; he has shrapnel wounds to his back and leg," said Olena Rudenko, a representative of the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, by telephone.

Another civilian was taken to the hospital from the village of Kostyantynivka. While he was collecting things for evacuation, a Russian FPV drone hit the house where he had previously lived. The man was diagnosed with shoulder and chest injuries and concussion," Olena Rudenko said.
