Forced evacuation of families with children announced in Pokrovsk community of Donetsk region

In the Pokrovsk community of Donetsk region, forced evacuation of families with children will be carried out due to the deterioration of the security situation.

The head of the RMA, Vadym Filashkin, reported this on Telegram.

He noted that more than 53 thousand people currently live in the community, including almost 4 thousand children.

“But recently the front has come too close to Pokrovsk, and this needs to be responded to accordingly,” the official wrote.

According to Filashkin, the evacuation will affect residents of the towns of Pokrovsk and Rodynske, as well as the villages of Hnativka, Dachenske, Zhovte, Zelenne, Lysivka, Novopavlivka, Novoukrainka, Pushkino, Rih, Sukhyi Yar, Troyanda and Chunyshyno.
