NABU and SAPO have completed their investigation into the suspicion of Deputy Head of the Rivne Regional Council Serhiy Svistalyuk receiving 500 thousand hryvnia in unlawful benefits.

This was reported by the press services of the authorities, without indicating the name of the person involved.

According to media reports, this is precisely about Svistalyuk.

"On August 26, 2024, the SAPO prosecutor decided to complete the pre-trial investigation into the case against the deputy head of the Rivne Regional Council, who was detained in May of this year for receiving half a million hryvnia in illegal benefits for resolving land and property issues," the prosecutor’s office reported.
