Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine visited the Pokrovsk direction

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi visited the Pokrovsk direction, where fierce battles with the enemy continue. He reported that he was dealing with supply issues.

Syrskyi said this on social networks.

"I worked for several days in a row in the brigades leading the defense in the Pokrovsk direction, where the most difficult situation is currently observed."

Work in the headquarters is carried out practically around the clock. Non-standard decisions have to be made constantly to strengthen the defense and destroy the advancing enemy.

The most intense fighting continues on the eastern outskirts of Hrodivka, further along the border of Kamianyi and Krasnyi ravines, directly in Novohrodivka, and below, near the eastern outskirts of Mykhailivka, which is located in front of Selydove."According to him, the fighting is extremely brutal.

Syrskyi noted the extraordinary endurance of the soldiers of the 25th separate airborne brigade, thanks to whose actions the enemy is suffering significant losses.

As well as servicemen of the 68th separate ranger brigade named after Oleksa Dovbush and the 151st separate mechanized brigade, "leaving no chance for the enemy to return alive and unharmed from the battlefield."

The commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces added that in such conditions the main task is "to strengthen the defense of our troops in the most difficult sections of the front, to provide the brigades with a sufficient amount of ammunition and other material and technical resources." According to Syrskyi, this is exactly what he was working on in the Pokrovsk direction.
