This was reported by Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Dmytro Lubinets.

Today, September 13, 49 civilians and military personnel returned to Ukraine from captivity.

“49 Ukrainians are home. These are soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, the National Police, the State Border Service, as well as our civilian people. Specifically, Leniye Umyerova – a girl who was taken hostage by the Russians when she came to take care of her sick father. We also managed to free more defenders of "Azovstal". Home now is also the Hero of Ukraine, military medic Viktor Ivchuk,” said President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

“In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 3569 Ukrainians are home. Today marks the 56th prisoner exchange,” added Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets.
