In Dnipro, a former judge’s assistant "leaked" confidential information to criminals
An assistant to a judge of the Dnipro Court of Appeal has been suspected of "leaking" confidential information from the registry of court decisions to criminals.
This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) and the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI).
According to the investigation, the woman communicated with individuals who had connections to the criminal world and who constantly requested information about planned searches or investigative actions against certain individuals.
The names that required verification were sent to the judge’s assistant via messenger, after which, having access to the information from the "Unified State Register of Court Decisions," she conducted searches and transmitted the requested data back. According to the agreements, the woman was supposed to check the court decision registry at least twice a week.
Several cases of "leaking" confidential information to unauthorized individuals have been documented.
The judge’s assistant has been suspected of unauthorized copying of information processed in automated systems, committed repeatedly by prior conspiracy by a group of persons (part 3 of article 362 of the Criminal Code).
