Ukraine offered assistance in overcoming the consequences of floods to six countries
Ukraine has made a proposal to Poland, Moldova, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania regarding assistance in overcoming the effects of significant floods.
This was reported on the social network X by Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha.
«Ukraine is showing solidarity with its neighbors who are suffering from devastating floods. By order of President Zelenskyy and under the coordination of Denys Shmyhal, we have offered Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, and the Czech Republic to deploy units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine to help overcome the natural disaster,» noted Sybiha.
He also expressed condolences over the loss of lives and destruction caused by the floods in Central Europe.
