In Zaporizhzhya, the number of wounded has increased due to an attack by the Russian Federation

Russian troops struck Zaporizhzhya with six airstrikes in the evening of September 23, reportedly using guided bombs. The number of injured has risen to seven people.

The new data was announced on the telethon broadcast by the head of the Regional State Administration Ivan Fedorov.

«A 47-year-old man was killed, and his 83-year-old mother was injured as a result of a hit on a private house in the Shevchenkivskyi district. The family’s house was completely destroyed. In the Shevchenkivskyi district, the airstrike hit the yard of a private sector – a 15-year-old boy was injured. In the Komunarskyi district, a 13-year-old girl was injured»,  – he reported.

There was also a hit on a critical infrastructure object, where a fire occurred, and one enterprise employee was injured.

Additionally, as a result of the attack, more than 70 apartment buildings, social facilities, and infrastructure objects in the Shevchenkivskyi, Oleksandrivskyi, and Komunarskyi districts of Zaporizhzhya were damaged.
