NACP plans to check the condition of the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council

NAPC  «keeps an eye on» the situation regarding the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council, Tetyana Yehorova-Lutsenko.

This was reported by the Deputy Head of NAPC, Serhiy Hupyak.

«As far as I know, an investigation was conducted regarding certain circumstances related to the use of a vehicle and travel abroad. Also, as far as I know, there are certain nuances related to declaration issues. I cannot reveal the results of these investigations now due to, let’s say, certain processes. But I would like to note that the situation I mentioned and the situation regarding the declarations are under the scrutiny of the national agency,» said Hupyak.

The head of the communication department of NAPC, Olena Konoplya, added that the investigation regarding the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council, Tetyana Yehorova-Lutsenko, is still ongoing.

On August 21, 2023, former Member of Parliament of Ukraine from the «Radical Party of Oleh Lyashko», Ihor Mosiychuk, reported that the husband of the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council, Tetyana Yehorova-Lutsenko, businessman Vitaliy Lutsenko, on November 3, 2022, allegedly «in Cannes signed documents on the purchase of shares and his appointment as the president of the company MIDI AU SOLEIL, which owns a restaurant on the Cannes waterfront».

He also noted that, according to French registers, Vitaliy Lutsenko is a resident of France and lives at the following address: Boulevard Carabacel 26, 06000, Nice, and his previous registration address: 44 avenue Raymond Féraud, Nice, residence permit No. 0603215132, he is a co-owner and beneficiary of the company LE FOLIE’S, which owns a nightclub-restaurant in Nice called No Name.

All this information, as Mosiychuk notes, Teyiana Yehorova-Lutsenko «did not include

in the declarations for 2020, 2021, 2022 and hid from NAPC, NABU, the president’s team, the SN party, and the residents of the Kharkiv region».

According to him, on October 5, 2022, the driver of the head of the Kharkiv Regional Council, Valeriy Klyuchko, under the guise of a volunteer listed in the «Shlyakh» system, in a service car Skoda Super B, license plate AX 0044 HE, took Vitaliy Lutsenko from Kharkiv to the airport of the city of Chișinău, crossing the state border at the Mohyliv-Podilskyi checkpoint.

Yehorova-Lutsenko herself stated that representatives of the OPFL party, which is banned in Ukraine, are attempting to discredit her, but she did not publicly refute the information expressed by Mosiychuk.
