In the Kharkiv region, National Guard soldiers captured experienced "Wagnerites"

On the Kharkiv direction at the frontline, servicemen of the 13th Operational Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine "Khartiya" captured a group of Russian occupiers. All the new captives were prisoners in Russian colonies before being sent to fight in Ukraine.

This information was published on Wednesday, September 25, on the Facebook page of the Operational-Tactical Grouping "Kharkiv". During this operation, the soldiers increased the exchange fund by capturing four invaders.

"Two of the four captives surrendered themselves, and the other two were caught by surprise during a shooting battle. All the captives are former prisoners, two of them are experienced Wagnerites. One of the Wagnerites, in particular, participated in Prigozhin’s march on Moscow," the OTD "Kharkiv" reported.

The military also noted that Russian occupation forces in the Kharkiv direction are under the fire control of units from the Ukrainian Defence Forces. The enemy is forced to cover long distances on foot to reach the line of combat confrontation.

Furthermore, control over the logistics routes of the Russian occupiers makes it impossible to deliver food and water, according to the captives. Because of this, they drank water from puddles.

"Reconnaissance and strike drones of the National Guard do not allow the enemy to accumulate forces for mass attacks," added the OTD "Kharkiv".
