A new scandal has erupted in Odesa regarding the TRC. Workers of the territorial recruitment center allegedly hit a man with a rifle and told passersby that even if they shot someone, they wouldn’t be punished for it.

What happened in Odesa? What started the conflict is still unknown. However, in the footage, a civilian man can be seen lying on the road in front of the gates of the TRC building.

According to the author of the video, a serviceman allegedly hit the man with a rifle. Moreover, during the conflict, one of the TRC staff told people that even if they shot someone, they wouldn’t be punished. Further in the published video, two military personnel can be seen trying to leave the scene. They were pursued by a civilian who tried to capture their faces on camera.

One of the TRC representatives began throwing stones. How the incident ended is still unknown.
